Engineering Manager | IU Group, Munich, Germany (Jan 2024 - Present)
Lead a team of 6 engineers with a focus on code reviews, small development tasks, and pair programming for configuration support. Oversee collaboration across clusters and engage in strategic planning with the Product Owner team, implementing OKR-driven processes. Restructure team workflows by introducing a sprint process combining XP and Scrum. Conduct 1-on-1 meetings for team development, handle hiring and onboarding, and monitor DORA metrics to enhance performance. Work closely with the Head of Engineering on strategic and technical projects.
